DHM, also known as ampelopsin, is a naturally occurring compound extracted from the Japanese Raisin Tree. It has been used in traditional teas for hundreds of years but more recently it has become a popular supplement in the US.

In fact, it’s the main active ingredient in several popular supplements designed to be taken when you drink, such as Cheers, No Days Wasted, and Morning Recovery. DHM is thought to increase the rate at which the body eliminates acetaldehyde, a toxic metabolic product of alcohol consumption.

We were also skeptical about DHM when we first learned about it. But we were totally sold the first time we tried it. Even if Early Bird isn’t your thing, give plain DHM a try. You just might like how you feel the morning after.
